Send email from a different identity in webmail

    Want to send email from Soverin webmail using a different email address as the sender? Add the email address as an identity in webmail.

    An identity determines the email address and sender name recipients see. This is only a setting for sending email and does not create a new mailbox or email alias.

    Add an identity

    1. Log in at my.soverin.net.
    2. Click Settings in the top-right corner.
    3. Click Webmail settings.
    4. Click Mail accounts.
    5. Click Add Identity.

    6. Under Your name, enter the name you want recipients to see as the sender of your emails.
    7. Under Email, enter the email address you want to use as the sender.
    8. Click Save.

    The email address has now been added as an identity and can be used as a sender address.

    Send email from a different address

    Create a new email in webmail. In the From field, you can choose which email address you want to use as the sender.

    Select the desired sender address and send your email as usual.
