You can join a video call through the Soverin Suite dashboard or an invitation.
Your browser or Talk Desktop needs access to your microphone and camera to use them during the call.
You can turn your microphone and camera on or off before joining.
How do I join a video call in Soverin Suite?
Open Talk from the Soverin Suite dashboard and select the conversation you want to join. Follow these 7 steps:
Log in to Soverin Suite.
Open the apps menu in the top-left corner and select Talk.
Click Join open conversations or select one of the meetings.
Give your browser or Talk Desktop access to your microphone and camera when prompted.
Select your preferred devices and click Allow.
Under Media settings, check whether your microphone and camera are turned on or off.
Click Start call or Join conversation.
Microphone, camera, and device settings
You can adjust your microphone, camera, and device settings during a video call.
Microphone: Use the microphone icon at the bottom of the call window to mute or unmute yourself.
Camera: Use the camera icon to turn your video on or off.
Devices: If you have multiple devices, select the correct microphone and camera in the device settings.
