Cause: You may be using a different account, the file may have been moved or renamed, or it may no longer be in the trash.
Solution:
Check whether you're logged in to the correct Soverin Suite account.
Search under All files. The file may have been moved or renamed.
Check whether someone else shared the file with you. If so, ask the owner to check the file or your access permissions. The deleted file may be in the owner's trash.
Still can't find the file? Contact Soverin. Include the file name, its original folder, and approximately when you deleted it. Further investigation is needed to determine whether recovery is still possible.
