Set-up your email on iPhone or iPad

    Would you like to set up your email address on your iPad or iPhone? In this article, we’ll explain step by step how to do that.

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Scroll all the way down and tap Apps.
    3. Tap Mail.
    4. Tap Mail Accounts.
    5. Tap Add Account.
    6. Enter your email address and tap Next.
    7. Tap Other.
    8. Tap Add Mail Account.
    9. Enter the requested details (these are not yet complete) and tap Next.
    10. In this screen, enter the server information for incoming and outgoing mail. Under both servers, enter your username (your email address) and password.
      Incoming mail server hostname: imap.soverin.net
      Outgoing mail server hostname: smtp.soverin.net
      Please note: in the app, the fields Username and Password for the outgoing mail server are marked as optional. However, these fields are required for our service and must be filled in. If you leave them empty, you will receive an error message and won’t be able to send emails.
    11. Tap Next.
    12. The email account will now be verified. This may take a moment. If the verification is successful, the screen below will appear. You can optionally enable Notes if desired. Tap Save.

    You can now send and receive your Soverin email using the default Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
