You can invite new participants during an ongoing video call.
You can add individual participants or an entire group.
How do I invite someone to a video call in Soverin Suite?
Open the participants list of your video call and search for the people or group you want to invite. Follow these 6 steps:
Start a video call or join an existing video call.
In the top-right corner, next to the call duration, click the icon showing the number of participants. This opens the participants list.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite in the search field. You can also search for a user or contact.
Click the correct result below the search field. Check the email address before selecting it.
Repeat these steps if you want to invite multiple people.
To add an entire group, select the group under Add groups. Everyone in this group will receive an invitation to the video call.
The participants list now shows everyone you have invited to the video call.
